Free training at The Parent House, learn audio production skills on childcare history project

Are you a parent/carer of young children, someone who works in childcare or are you interested in childcare and early years education?

Would you like free training in heritage and audio production skills?

Are you interested in the history of the Islington Nursery Strike, 1984, when nursery workers fought for better conditions for themselves and the children they cared for?

Join On the Record for a free heritage skills and podcast training course where you will be supported to research the untold history of the Islington Nursery Strike and make a creative podcast or audio trail.

Full training and expert support will be provided.

Apply online by midnight on Sunday 1 December 2024. We will contact you the week of 2 December to discuss. The course will take place over ten weeks in Islington on Thursday mornings (9:30 am - 12:30 am) between 9 January and 20 March 2024 in London, N1.
